At the time of purchase you will be able to choose whether you wish to pay monthly or yearly. If you decide to pay yearly we may be able to offer a slight discount on the advertised price as a gesture of good will for your commitment.

All payments will be handled by Direct Debit and will be taken on the same day of each month or year when you start your hosting plan with us

If you are an international customer outside of the United Kingdom you will be billed based on your local currency.

1. User Responsibilities: Users of our website hosting services and email services are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials, and for ensuring that their use of the services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Data Protection: Our hosting services and packages are designed to comply with data protection laws and regulations, and users should be aware that any personal data they provide as part of their use of the services will be processed in accordance with our privacy policies.

3. Service Availability: One Technician Ltd will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the website hosting and email services are available and functional at all times, but does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Intellectual Property: One Technician Ltd retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the website and email services, including all intellectual property rights, and users may not use the services in any way that infringes or misappropriates.

5. Limitation of Liability: One Technician Ltd will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the website and email services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or other consequential damages. All users are solely responsible to use their own backup services. We can provide a backup service on request but this will be liable to an extra charge.

6. Termination: One Technician Ltd reserves the right to terminate a user's access to the website and email services at any time and for any reason, without prior notice if our terms and conditions are found to be broken.

7. Modification: One Technician Ltd may modify these terms and conditions at any time by posting revised terms on its website or by otherwise notifying users of the changes.
