Yes! We are based in Derby and provide on-site support services to clients and businesses located in the East Midlands area. If you are outside of the East Midlands we will only be able to assist you remotely. However most IT issues that are non hardware related can be resolved remotely so still get in touch!

Absolutely! In today’s modern era most IT issues can be resolved remotely saving you from requiring a home visit which means we can resolve your issue quickly and easily.

We use secure remote access software which allows us to connect to your computer, once we have resolved the issue we will un-install the software to give you a peace of mind, we would never connect to your computer remotely without your permission since we will require a one-time code each time to connect up.

Our remote IT support is charged on an hourly basis and is much cheaper than a home visit too!

We use secure and safe remote support software providers such as: Splashtop and AnyDesk. Both offer fantastic remote support solutions and allow us to provide our support services to you quickly and easily.
