Terms and Conditions for Microsoft 365 Services
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Microsoft 365 services provided by One Technician Limited, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
One Technician Limited offers a range of Microsoft 365 services, including but not limited to setup, management, and support. Specific details of the services will be outlined in your service agreement.
3. Subscription and Renewal
All services are offered on an annual subscription basis unless otherwise specified. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term.
4. Cancellation Policy
To cancel your subscription at the end of your annual term, you must provide One Technician Limited with written notice at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. Cancellations received after this period will not be processed until the next renewal period.
5. Payment Terms
Payments for services are due in advance for the entire subscription period. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not received in a timely manner.
6. Changes to Services
One Technician Limited may modify or discontinue services at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. One Technician Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
