Step 1 - Booking Process
Please contact us via this page or call us on: 07850 498139 or alternatively email us via: support@onetechnician.com with your device type and the data you are looking to recover
Recovery Process / File List
Once we have your hard drive or solid state drive, we will diagnose the drive and give you a full report explaining why the drive is damaged and the costs to extract the data. Before we extract the data we will also send you a FULL file list of the data we can see so you can confirm you are happy with the recoverable data shown
Step 3 - Recovery & Return
Once the data recovery has been completed the data will be copied across to a newly supplied external hard drive and the data will be returned to you. Easy as 1 2 3!
