Booking Process

We will then provide you with some instructions over the phone in order to help us with connecting to your device remotely or you can download the software above. This process usually takes less than 5 minutes, we will then begin looking into the issue straight away.
Problem Solved!
Once we have solved your device problem and you are happy with the repair / service an invoice will be provided and sent to your given email address and secure payment can be made either over the phone or via credit or debit card using the payment link and an invoice will be sent to your email.
