We can come to your home to provide physical support with any computer related questions you may have. If your device requires a repair we also offer a limited amount of on-site repair services too!

Hourly for Ad-hoc support
We charge an hourly rate for our home IT support service to keep costs low, we also like to get the job done quickly and efficiently to avoid paying for un-used time.Depending on the location we may also need to charge a callout charge to cover our travel costs and will inform you about this when you get in touch

We will confirm with you what day and time we can attend your home or to provide the remote support if the issue can be resolved remotely
Problem Solved!
We will attend your home or provide the remote IT support at the given day and time that is convenient for you and confirm when the issue is resolved
Debit & Credit Cards Accepted
We accept all major debit and credit cards. After the work has been completed we will send you an invoice which you can securely pay online or by making a direct bank transfer if preferred to the details on the invoice.All of our pricing includes VAT which will be added onto the invoice.
