At the time of purchase you will be able to choose whether you wish to pay monthly or yearly, depending on the service you choose we may have to alter the monthly price plan due to fee's incurred by Microsoft. Paying for your services yearly will be the cheaper option.

All payments will be handled by Direct Debit.

If you are an international customer outside of the United Kingdom you will be billed based on your local currency.

1. User Responsibilities: Users of Microsoft 365 email services are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials, and for ensuring that their use of the services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Data Protection: Microsoft 365 email services are designed to comply with data protection laws and regulations, and users should be aware that any personal data they provide as part of their use of the services will be processed in accordance with Microsoft's privacy policy.

3. Service Availability: Microsoft will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the Microsoft 365 email services are available and functional at all times, but does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Intellectual Property: Microsoft retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Microsoft 365 email services, including all intellectual property rights, and users may not use the services in any way that infringes or misappropriates Microsoft's intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability: Microsoft will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Microsoft 365 email services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or other consequential damages.

6. Termination: Microsoft reserves the right to terminate a user's access to the Microsoft 365 email services at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

7. Modification: Microsoft may modify these terms and conditions at any time by posting revised terms on its website or by otherwise notifying users of the changes.
