1. Cancellation Requests

To ensure your cancellation request is processed in a timely manner, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Submission: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. You may send your request via email or physical mail to our contact information provided below.
  • Notice Period: All cancellation requests must be received at least 30 days before the renewal date of the service you wish to cancel.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Annual Plans: If you cancel an annual hosting plan within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Monthly Plans: Monthly hosting plans are non-refundable after the first 7 days of the initial purchase. Cancellations within this period will be eligible for a refund on a pro-rata basis.
  • Prepaid Services: For services that have been prepaid beyond the current billing period, a prorated refund for unused time may be issued if cancellation is made within the first 30 days. No refunds will be given for cancellations after this period.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees and charges are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Setup fees
  • Domain registration fees
  • Third-party service charges

4. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval of your cancellation request. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
