Can you travel to me?

Yes! One Technician is expanding and loves meeting people in new areas. We can travel to your home or business premises for an hourly callout fee (Please contact us for more details about this service) If you are bringing a device into us, please book an appointment before turning up by filling in the form on this page. We will then be in touch via the given contact information to arrange a day and time for you to bring your device in.

Will you need my device password / unlock code?

Maybe! Depending on the type of problem or issue with your device we may require your unlock code or password to diagnose the fault further or to confirm if the problem has been fixed.

If you are unhappy giving us this we will require you to change the password / unlock code or completely remove it whilst its in for repair (if we require it).

Can you give me a quote?

Yes! In order for us to give you a quotation for a repair or service, please fill in the form at the top of this page and include as much information as you can such as device name, device serial and model number and a brief description of the problem. If we need more information we will be in touch either by phone or email.

Will my device be kept safe?

Yes! We take customer device safety as a high priority here at One Technician, we always treat all hardware types with the most care. Photos of the device will be taken before and after each repair to ensure no damage is caused by ourselves. We also store each device at the end of each day in a secure location away from easy access if the device is being kept with us overnight.

How long do repairs take?

If you are dropping or posting a device into us for a repair, depending on the issue and problem most common repairs take around 1 – 5 days. Of course many other problems may take longer but we aim to complete all jobs quickly and most efficiently as possible.

What are your opening hours?

We are open:

Monday – Friday 9AM to 5PM

Saturday: 10AM to 3PM

Sunday: Closed
